Curriculum

Pre-Primary

• The pre-primary wing of the school comprises classes Playgroup, L.K.G and U.K.G. catering the needs and demands of early childhood learning. Bearing in mind that at this age the foundation of a child’s personality is laid and two third of his intellect is formed, we have created an environment and a system of teaching which is entirely child friendly where children enjoy joy of learning social skills, develop verbal ability and motor skills through art and crafts, formal learning of the three R’s which is an integral part of our open-ended curriculum.
• Our open ended curriculum sensitise our children to social and cultural concerns and encourage to think, reflect on issues and arrive at their own solutions to enable them to communicate effectively and to develop the integrated skills and creativity required for them to grow as confident and independent individuals.

Primary (Class I – Class V )

• The syllabus becomes more broad based at this level and gradually the young learner is exposed to a wide range of subjects and study materials as per the new CBSE guidelines. Apart from Maths, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, E.V.S., Computer Science, emphasis is also laid on Visual and Performing Arts, Value Education and General Knowledge. A plethora of choices is given to the students for their Life skills and Work Experience classes ranging from shooting, archery, swimming, robotics, public speaking, clay modeling etc. to name a few. The teaching of all the subjects is done using the multimedia teaching aids making learning a joyful experience.

Middle Level (Class VI – Class VIII )

• As per NCERT guidelines the school provides ICT enabled teaching – learning process to empower the students to visualize beyond their books. Emphasis is given to “learning by doing” rather than rote learning to empower the students to share their thoughts. Our teachers act as facilitators and guides throughout the learning process.
• Apart from Sanskrit as the third language we offer English, Hindi, Maths, Science, Social Science, Computer Science, Physical and Health Education , Work Experience, Life skills and Work Experience.
